- Salesforce Ecosystem Experience
- Hands on experience in handling L2 Production Support for Salesforce Platform
- Hands-on experience in understanding Salesforce Customizations using Apex, Lightning Aura, Lightning Web Components
- Admin,
- Sales/ Service cloud certification is added advantage
- The job holder must have proven ability to work with a variety of customers in the IT Consulting and SaaS Software verticals.
- Previous Customer Service /Support experience within a business to business environment (Process adoption and critical customer service tasks are highly desirable).
- Proven successful delivery of SLAs, time lines, Customer service queues for a product or service
- Proven and effective organizational, scheduling and customer follow up skills in a customer focussed role
- Ability to multi-task with little supervision
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Proven ability to troubleshoot issues quickly and effectively
- Strong collaborator and Team Player
- Experience with Salesforce applications What Else Would Be Great
- Previous experience building and growing Managed Services Revenues via offering design and refinement
- Previous experience of supporting software deployment (Financial and or Project/ Resource Management highly desirable but not essential)
- Relevant industry experience in High Tech/Enterprise Software
- An understanding of implementation and or project management theory would be advantageous
