Do you have a strong track record and experience in treasury management? As the UK Treasury Manager, you will have the unique opportunity to optimise cash position, manage risks and opportunities, and lead a team.
Job Title :
UK Treasury Manager
Circa £65,000 depending on experience
Stevenage (we may be able to offer a relocation package for this role)
Dynamic (hybrid) working : typically, 3 days per week on-site, due to workload classification
Joining MBDA means becoming part of an international team where you will have the opportunity to experience a broad and diverse range of Treasury and Finance responsibilities.
As part of the wider finance function, there are significant further opportunities for personal growth and development. Lead a team of two people, providing coaching and feedback to enhance team performance.Ensure optimal cash flow for MBDA UK by consistently forecasting and managing short term, mid-term, and long term cash movements.
Monitor risks and opportunities to the cash position, and provide timely updates to the Group Treasury team.Manage cash forecasting, including weekly, monthly, and annual forecasts, and present to senior management.
Optimise services offered by relationship banks, aligning with Group Treasury guidelines.
Manage FX exposure risks and lead hedging activity for UK projects.
Support ongoing improvement activities within the Treasury function, including tools and systems enhancements.
Work collaboratively with Treasury Operations Managers in France, Italy, and Germany.
Good knowledge of Excel
Experience of SAP
Strong analytical and financial skills
Significant experience in Treasury and Foreign exchange risk management
