    Field Service Coffee Engineer

    Our client is a leading provider of high-quality coffee machines and equipment across the Home Counties region. They pride themselves on delivering exceptional service to our clients and ensuring that their coffee experience is always top-notch.

    We are currently seeking a dedicated Field Service Coffee Engineer to join our team.

    The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, maintenance, and repair services for our range of coffee machines and equipment in the Home Counties area.

    This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for coffee and excellent technical skills to join a dynamic team.

    Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of coffee machines and equipment at client locations.

    Provide training and support to clients on the proper use and maintenance of coffee machines.

    Maintain accurate records of service visits, parts used, and work performed.

    Full UK driving licence.

    Previous experience in a similar field service role, preferably within the coffee industry.

    Excellent technical skills and the ability to troubleshoot and repair coffee machines.

    Strong communication and customer service skills.

    Coffee Safe qualification is desirable but not essential.

    Flexibility to work 1 Saturday in 4 as part of the rotation.

    Competitive salary of £34,000 - £37,000 per annum.

    Call out allowance and overtime rates

    Company vehicle provided for private use.
