    This role offers the opportunity for a candidate with a passion for engineering and a strong sense of ownership to be involved in the design and implementation of solutions to enable self-service operations. Improve the application code base operational aspects (monitoring, instrumentation, alerting, security). Influence and propagate good operational practices within a motivated and energetic broader engineering team.

    Skills and Requirements:

    · Experience running Java applications in production

    · Experience working in cloud environments (AWS cloud preferably)

    · Knowledge of protocol and principles

    · Knowledge of network principles and practices

    · Knowledge of monitoring platforms and solutions

    · Experience with automation frameworks (Ansible / Puppet / Chef / other)

    · Experience with Terraform

    · Experience in implementing CI/CD pipelines

    · Strong bias to action and ownership

    · Experience in Kubernetes (nice to have)
