    A great opportunity for a Paid Social Account Director to join one of the UK's largest agencies, work on huge, household name clients, and lead on Paid Social strategy.

    Due to continued client wins and exciting growth plans, a full-service social media agency is looking for a Paid Social Account Director to join their London-based office in a hybrid and flexible manner.

    The business only asks for you to go into the office two days a week and is flexible on those days and your working hours.

    As one of the world's largest agencies, they offer the opportunity to work with some of the biggest brands in the world, that will be a huge benefit for your career.

    You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of channels and projects as you oversee the delivery of strategic leadership and tactical brand growth.

    You will be part of a leading performance marketing team who concentrate across multiple social platforms such as: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Snapchat and TikTok.

    Paid Social Account Director Role & Responsibilities

    As Paid Social Account Director your work will be split across client management and reporting and optimisation of the accounts you oversee.

    A 50/50 split between hands on paid social management of campaigns and client relationship management.
    Providing support on new business opportunities: pitches and proposals.
    Work closely with senior clients on a regular basis, creating strong relationships and upselling when appropriate.
    A focus on branding and brand awareness campaigns, run across multiple platforms.
    Working across the EMEA region.

    Work closely with the creative teams, to execute your strategic vision, allowing you much more creative input and vision in your work.

    Your professional development will not just be encouraged, but an active focus.

    You will have the autonomy to work how best suits you, have real input on the strategic and creative vision of the accounts you work on.

    Experience working on some of the DPSs on social platforms such as:
    LinkedIn, Meta, Twitter YouTube, Snapchat and/or TikTok.
    ~ Experience working towards performance and brand focused KPIs is essential.
    ~ Confidence in developing junior members of a variety of departments.
    ~ Strong management skills, including delegation and team management and project management.
