    Description

    Serve as the main point of contact for the document management system (Asite), adhering to the Administrator role as outlined in the TQM guidelines.

    Conduct quality checks on all submissions and ensure compliance with protocols.

    Assist technical and commercial departments in collating tender packages and maintain efficient archiving of electronic and hard copy documentation.

    Ensure timely document flow across all departments and become proficient in electronic document control systems, including Share Point.
