    The Role

    As an CMDB Discovery Analysts, you will assist with Configuration Management Database (CMDB) onboarding, update tickets and assist with CMDB discovery trouble shooting activities.

    Key Responsibilities

    • modify, and create server-side object-oriented JavaScript, Unix Shell scripting and Windows scripting and PowerShell.
    • your 'CCNA' level of networking knowledge to include routing protocols, TCP/UDP transmission, IP transit diagnosis, sub-netting and implement advanced troubleshooting. Gather and analyze IP packet level data.
    • Server Administration across OS platforms and understand the described domain structures, user permission levels, group policy objects and the execution of SUDO Policies.
    • Business Applications and their functionality in the ITIL model.
    • communicate, and implement the ITIL CMDB Model.
    • and communicate effectively across multiple stakeholders to ensure an effective CMDB that adheres to governance standards.

    Your Profile

    Key Skills/Knowledge/Experience:

    • of ServiceNow Fundamentals.
    • of ServiceNow Discovery Fundamentals.
    • Implementation Specialist – Discovery.
    • Foundations.
    • or equivalent.
    • of MCSA, RHCSA, OCP (Microsoft, RedHat, Oracle).
