    Team Leader (Housing Operations Support Team)

    EVH Grade 7 Spinal Points PA 22 (£39,072) to PA 25 (£42,903)

    Job Description

    We are seeking to recruit a Team Leader to lead our Housing Operations Support Team (HOST) which forms a key part of our Housing Management Department.

    This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role within the Association contributing

    to the development and delivery of our customer focused housing management and factoring services to over 1400 tenants and factoring owners in the Forth Valley area.

    The post holder will be responsible for the supervision of a busy multi-functional team delivering allocations, lettings, repairs and frontline advice and reception services. Applicants will have to demonstrate experience and knowledge of these service areas and have proven organisational skills. A strong commitment to first class customer service and tenant involvement is essential.

    Excellent leadership skills, customer services skills, strong IT skills, the ability to identify priorities and meet tight deadlines are essential attributes for applicants for this post. The ability to work flexibly and work effectively as part of a team are also required.

    The post is 35 hours per week and mainly office based but there is the potential for some hybrid working. We are currently reviewing our policy on flexible working through a process of staff engagement with specialist support and can provide an update on that at the interview stage.
