- Manages daily functions of various Food and Beverage facets including but not limited to guest satisfaction and customer service, personnel, cooking, menu mix, ordering, vendor preference, food production, inventory, and catering functions.
- Supervises inventories of materials and supplies for the outlet. Maintains par levels based on facility needs.
- Assures that all venues are stocked and ready for service daily.
- Maintains all wine and beverage programs and assures a balanced offering in all ranges - including banquets.
- Plans and implements monthly wine, beer, or spirits events.
- Assists all department heads with any wine needs they need for special events.
- Assists with monthly beverage inventory.
- Covers the managers' days off.
- Maintains regular communication with the Director of Golf and Head Professional to ensure operational objectives are met. Coordinates all group events through the Golf Tournament Coordinator.
- Inspect the facility regularly to ascertain any maintenance, repairs, or clean-up needs. Ensures all equipment is in proper working order, including beverage carts.
- Completes reports on production and necessary requisitions. Controls the distribution of necessary supplies.
- Administers menu design, product pricing, ordering, inventory control procedures, and end-of-month inventory.
- Ensures sanitation standards are consistently met.
- Coordinates menu planning.
- Responsible for interviewing, hiring, training, planning, assigning, and directing work, evaluating performance, rewarding, and disciplining associates; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
- Manages department members that may include, but are not limited to: Snack Bar, Beverage Cart, and Server.
- Assures that effective orientation and training are given to each new associate. Develop ongoing training programs.
- Monitors business volume forecast and plans accordingly in areas of manpower, productivity, costs, and other expenses.
- Regular and reliable attendance.
- Winter season coverage in the bar and banquets.
- Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.

The F&B Manager is a key member of the management team and is directly responsible for overseeing all food & beverage operations at the property. This includes cooking, implementing budgets, and the hiring, training, and supervising of all related F&B service and food production staff. The F&B Manager will apply all of their experience and knowledge to ensure that the wants and needs of guests are consistently met and/or exceeded.

Education/Experience: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or related cooking experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
