    Description

    Role Purpose and Summary

    The role of the Jira Configuration Analyst is crucial in the smooth operation of our banking center, focusing on configuring and optimizing Jira, a vital tool for project management and collaboration. This position ensures that Jira is tailored to meet the specific needs of our banking operations, streamlining workflows, and boosting team productivity. The Analyst will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, implement configurations, and provide continuous support and training to users. Moreover, they will contribute to enhancing the project management processes in the banking center through innovation and efficiency initiatives. This opportunity is ideal for individuals with strong analytical, technical, and communication skills who are eager to make a significant impact in a dynamic banking setting.

    Key Skills and Requirements

    • Experience in Jira as project administrators
    • Experience in implementing Jira and/or managing Jira migrations
    • Experience in data mapping and analysis for data migration is preferred
    • Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Jira Plans, EasyBI out-of-the-box functionality, and the ability to configure solutions for end users
    • Thorough knowledge of Agile methodologies
    • Experience in driving Agile transformations and/or providing Agile coaching
    • Familiarity with SAFe is preferred
