We are seeking a visionary Experience Director (XD) to lead our digital product studio into the futureBrand Ambassadorship:
Act as the face of our product studio, representing our brand to clients, partners, and the industry.
Participate in high-profile industry events, conferences, and speaking engagements to promote our studio. Foster collaboration between designers, engineers, and other cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive and exceptional user experiences.
Data-Driven Decision Making:
Use data and analytics to inform design decisions and continually optimise user experiences.
Establish KPIs and track performance to measure the success of design initiatives.
Demonstrated experience in a senior leadership role within a design agency or UX related field, with a track record of driving growth and innovation.
Strong strategic planning skills and the ability to identify and capitalise on revenue opportunities.Design Expertise :
In-depth knowledge of design principles and methodologies, with a strong portfolio of successful design projects.
Data-Driven:
Proficiency in using data and analytics to make informed design decisions.
