We are pleased to be exclusively representing a large construction group in Gerrards Cross in their search for a Head of Shared Services.
This is a newly created position taking ownership of the transactional finance team, overseeing 11 people. Drive improvement in Finance Shared Services to ensure best practice within the department and ensure a continuous improvement culture, including identifying and leading efficiency initiativesEnsure standardisation of processes and practices across the business units understanding and documenting specific business unit exceptions
Ensure the team stays up-to-date with the processing of all invoices, and KPIs are identified which allows monitoring of invoice processing thereby implementing early warning signs where support is needed from the wider team.
you will be expected to comply with any reasonable requests by managementMinimum 3 years experience in building, managing and motivating a large team in a shared service function or large finance department.
(Part or Fully Qualified Accountant (CIMA,ACCA, ACA) (Desirable)Advanced Microsoft office skills

£Pension: 5% employer contribution (employee minimum is 4%)

Bonus:
This role is eligible for an annual bonus from 7.5% based on company performance
