    Purchase Ledger Clerk (Temporary)


    Are you an organised and detail-oriented individual with a knack for numbers? Do you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment? Look no further Our client, a well-established company in the finance industry, is seeking a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their dynamic team on a temporary basis.

    What you will do:

    Process purchase invoices accurately and efficiently
    Match invoices with the purchase orders and delivery notes
    Resolve queries related to invoices or payments
    Reconcile supplier statements with the ledger
    Ensure timely and accurate reporting of financial information
    Assist with month-end closing activities
    Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations
    Maintain accurate and up-to-date recordsWhat we are looking for:

    Previous experience in purchase ledger or accounts payable is essential
    Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
    Proficient in using accounting software and MS Excel
    Excellent organisational and time management skills
    Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
    Good communication and interpersonal skills
