    Description

    Reporting to the E-Commerce Manager (located in Australia), the E-commerce Executive will play a pivotal role in managing and optimising our online sales channels, with a primary focus on our e-commerce platform.

    This individual will be responsible for executing digital marketing campaigns, managing customer enquiries, and coordinating various aspects of the e-commerce operations to drive revenue growth and enhance customer engagement.

    Website Management
    Oversee the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce platform, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for customers.
    Monitor UK inventory levels and coordinate with the inventory management team to ensure adequate stock availability. With the E-Commerce Manager, ensure strong/slow selling lines are identified and stock levels are managed appropriately.
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and customer service, to optimise website functionality and user experience.
    Order Fulfillment and Inventory Management
    Pick & Pack Orders. Managing domestic and global shipments and liaising with logistics partners

    In collaboration with the Time+Tide brand team, develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic, increase conversion rates, and enhance brand visibility.

    Utilise various digital marketing channels, such as email marketing (Klaviyo), social media, and paid advertising, to reach target audiences effectively.

    Analyse and report on UK store performance metrics
    Customer Service & CRM
    Manage customer database within our CRM platform (Gorgias)
    Liaise with the local UK repair centres to resolve warranty repairs and other servicing requirements.

    Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or Business
    Proven experience in e-commerce operations, digital marketing, or related roles.
    Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
    Proficiency in e-commerce platforms (Shopify) and digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Tag Manager).
    Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
    Interest in mechanical watches or luxury goods is highly regarded
