- Act as the primary point of contact to provide enterprise level desktop support for Henry Schein One TSMs in the UK
- Support the Global IT team to provide desktop support for all members of the Henry Schein One family, as required
- Manage the end user interactive areas of the M365 environment and day-to-day operations
- Partner with the Global IT team to manage and maintain the Global IT platform based on defined security and operational baselines
- Automate the administration, monitoring and support of all cloud products and services to streamline business workflows
- Drive adoption of M365 technologies and tools
- Engage with external service providers
- Perform routine audits of systems and software
- Inform senior management regarding problems and resolutions associated with M365
- Analyse, troubleshoot, and provide solutions for technical issues
- Build partnerships with TSMs at all levels within the company
- Act as a mentor for team members
- Ad-hoc duties as required
- 2+ years of working with increasing complexity and responsibility in the M365 cloud
- Good current and general knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, InTune, Office 365, Azure Active Directory, Windows)
- Understanding of best practices for introducing and integrating new Microsoft cloud technologies into an enterprise
- Understanding of information security and best practices

How you'll make an impact
The focus of this role is the administration and automation of IT and Microsoft 365 for Henry Schein One UK, while working closely with the Global IT support team.
The Desktop Support Engineer will be part of a global team responsible for the administration of the various IT systems within Henry Schein One, procuring and configuring new IT equipment, and supporting staff as IT related issues arise. This role also covers automation of the administration, monitoring and support of services and applications in M365, and related products and technologies used by Henry Schein One.
