    • As the Application Delivery Manager you take on the responsibility of overseeing the solution delivery of a product and/or software platform.

    You are a Senior Delivery professional with a passion for delivering complex software projects, breaking down barriers, planning the solution delivery roadmap as well as working in the detail, where needed, to make things happen to deliver the business goals and values.

    You'll use agile values, principles, and practices to help the team reach expected outcomes and continuously improve.

    Works with the team, as well as internal and external stakeholders, to influence and drive decision-making and support organizational project or product teams.


    • Contributes to the advancement and improvement of Agile practices within the organization.
    • Work with the Technical Lead and architecture to support defining/improving consistent technical standards and best practices through a Technical Roadmap
    • Manage the entire lifecycle of a software platform from conceptualisation to delivery, ensuring alignment with organisational goals
    • Oversee and coordinate the efforts of multiple Scrum teams, ensuring collaboration and synergy in achieving platform and product objectives
    Extensive delivery experience across multiple teams using different agile delivery frameworks (Scrum, Kanban)

    • Relevant experience of common management and reporting toolsets such as DevOps, confluence and JIRA.
    • Experience developing, implementing, and tracking metrics that can be used to measure and improve quality and productivity.
    • A certified Scrum Professional or similar qualification
