    Document and Contracts Coordinator

    Permanent

    Full time:35 hours per week

    Salary: £23,000 - £28,000 DOE + benefits package

    Home based in England, Scotland and Wales - this role will include occasional travel

    About the role

    As our Document and Contracts Coordinator, you'll play a pivotal role in setting up and maintaining the quality of contracts and documentation produced by our Development teams. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all documentation aligns perfectly with our brand guidelines and meets the expectations of our customers. You'll collaborate closely with various teams across the organisation to streamline processes and maintain transparency in contract management.

    What you'll be doing

    Ensuring meticulous administration of contracts for our Product Team, meticulously adhering to defined processes and ensuring smooth progress through procurement procedures. Conducting rigorous proofreading of all documentation before submission for approval, maintaining our high standards of accuracy and professionalism. Reviewing and aligning qualification documents with our template and branding standards, as well as with National Occupational Standards. Managing and organising electronic documents and files, maintaining version control and ensuring easy access for all stakeholders. Cultivating effective relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to discern their needs and requirements. Actively seeking opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains, providing valuable feedback to the Product Team. Working diligently towards departmental KPIs and contributing significantly to the overall success of our product development initiatives.

    What we looking for

    We seek a candidate who possesses highly proficient skills in software tools such as MS Word and Adobe Acrobat Reader. Someone with strong organisational skills, capable of following defined processes and maintaining impeccable document control. An individual experienced in proofreading with a keen eye for detail. Familiarity with branding guidelines and a commitment to ensuring compliance. The ability to locate regulatory documents, such as National Occupational Standards, is essential. Excellent interpersonal skills are a must, along with a proactive approach to building effective working relationships. We seek a motivated self-starter with outstanding time management and administrative skills, ideally with previous experience in an administrative support role, ideally in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, experience working within an awarding organisation or the vocational education sector would be highly advantageous, as would previous experience with remote or home working arrangements

    Remote/home based working at Enginuity

    Your working hours will be 35 per week, working 9am until 5pm with a 1 hour lunch.

    As a home-based employee you will fulfil your job responsibilities from home. Interactions with work and colleagues will be from a virtual environment. Depending on your role you will be required to either have some occasional travel or UK national travel. This travel will be required to allow you to fulfil different parts of your role and to meet colleagues on a quarterly basis. Other meetings that might require you to travel are events such as all colleague away days, training, and project work. Please review the advert to gain this insight to how much travel is expected. Also, ask at interview stage to confirm the frequency of travel and distance.

    The company will provide you with the IT equipment required to carry out your role but it is a requirement that you provide all the necessary facilities for working from home; including broadband, home office, desk and chair.
