- Lead the development and execution of engineering projects, including electrical distribution systems, propulsion systems, and renewable energy solutions.

- Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and external partners, facilitating communication and fostering strong relationships.
- Drive product innovation and continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging market insights and technological advancements to enhance product offerings.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and potential risks, informing strategic decision-making.
- Champion a customer-centric approach, gathering feedback and insights to inform product development priorities and enhancements.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and quality assurance protocols throughout the product development process.
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to the engineering team, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and excellence.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in project management, product development, or engineering leadership roles, with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Strong technical background in engineering principles, with knowledge of electrical distribution systems, propulsion systems, or renewable energy technologies preferred.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams towards shared goals and objectives.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to think analytically, anticipate challenges, and develop effective solutions.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive landscapes.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as Microsoft Project or JIRA, is desirable.
- Experience working in the energy, transportation, or technology sectors is a plus.

One of my key clients based in Northern Ireland is looking to bring in 2 Product Managers to lead development of their EV Engineering projects. I am seeking two dynamic and experienced Engineering Product Managers to lead the development and delivery of cutting-edge engineering projects. As an Engineering Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the entire product lifecycle, from conception to commercialization, ensuring the successful execution of our ground breaking initiatives.
