    Property Outsourcing Sales Development Executive

    Salary: £30k + OTE + benefit package

    Location: Brighton (hybrid - 3 days office 2 days remote)

    Hours: Mon - Fri 9am pm

    Do you have a background within property, estate agency, lettings, property management, client accounts finance (in block or residential lettings) and have great sales and business development skills? If so, I have a unique and evolving role within a software solution organisation to join their business development team that offers a unique proposition for property businesses in the UK based out of their offices in Brighton.

    My client offers an outsourcing service for their property clients by dealing with their client accounts and property management services through existing CRM systems (as well as their own property CRM system). The benefit to their clients is taking away the stress of hiring, training and managing staff in these areas and allowing them to just focus on other areas of their business which is often growth.

    Responsibilities:

    • Outbound business development calls to property businesses.
    • Building and developing business relationships.
    • Understand each client's business model and needs and offer appropriate business solutions.
    • Researching clients online, via linked in, websites etc.
    • Implement creative strategies for outreach and engagement.
    • Book in discovery calls and demonstrations with new clients.
    • Update and schedule follow up calls and send out marketing information.
    • Updating the CRM system accurately.
    • Become a product expert and can engage clients selling the benefits of the proposition based on each client's needs.
    • Work to revenue and sales targets and KPI's.
    • Working to revenue targets.

    The right candidate will have the following skills and experience to apply:

    • Proven background in property, estate agency, lettings, property management and have a good all-round knowledge of the property industry.
    • Enjoy sales and enjoy cultivating strong business relationships.
    • Great communication skills.
    • Good IT skills and have ideally some experiences of using a CRM system, HubSpot, Salesforce etc
    • Self-motivated, driven and ambitious.
    • Enjoy working to sales targets.

    This is an evolving role and within 6-8 months you will be promoted to quoting, closing the business and conducting the demonstrations, where your commission structure will go up along with your earning potential.
