    Description
    Vauxhall/Hybrid (likely 1-3 days per week in the office) with occasional travel to Croydon and Birmingham

    Working pattern:
    full-time or part-time would be considered
    We're open to hiring either an experienced IT person who is looking to build on their knowledge or a career starter who can learn on the job and via external training (fully funded by Oddbox)
    You're great at building strong working relationships with people at all levels
    Policies and/or spreadsheets scare you

    Some hardware task, including setting up new joiners, offboarding leavers and managing stock will need to be done onsite, so you'll need to be able to travel to Vauxhall/Nine Elms as needed.

    Ensure the security of IT systems, networks, and data through regular maintenance and updates.
    Implement and maintain IT policies, procedures, and best practices to optimise efficiency and security.
    Coordinate with vendors and external partners for procurement and maintenance of IT equipment and software.
    Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, escalating when necessary for resolution.
    Assist in the planning, development, and execution of IT projects within established timelines and budgets.
    Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
    Stay updated with industry trends and advancements to recommend innovative solutions.

    Start date – Flexible for the right person
    Duration of role – permanent/full-time or part-time
    Initial call (normally via video but let us know if phone call works better) with someone fromour People & Culture team - 30 minutes
    Formal interview and task presentation with our Head of Finance and our Head of Engineering

    Location – Hybrid -On average, you'll spend one- three days each week in our Vauxhall office, working with other Oddboxers and seeking out the low-hanging fruit.

    (You'll need to visit our distribution centre in Croydon and packing facility in Birmingham a couple of times each year.
