As a Customer Resource Manager, you will have the unique opportunity to provide excellent customer care and maximise revenue generation. Working with the Head of Customer Operations (HOD) you will be responsible for leading a team to deliver the targets set by the Transport for Greater Manchester (TfGM). More specifically, you will be a visible leader; focused on managing teams to deliver high standards of resource planning, customer service and revenue recovery activities.
