    We welcome applications for the post of Performance and Operations Manager for the South West Cleft Service based at Bristol Dental Hospital.

    This is a full time permanent post; Performance Management/Service Improvement

    Qualifications and Training
    Post-graduate qualification in healthcare management, or equivalent evidence of continuing professional development
    including performance targets and Foundation Trust status
    Significant experience of budgetary management, including management of contract income
    Management of waiting lists and performance
    Flexible and adaptable approach
    Public Sector Language Competency
    Be able to speak fluent English to an appropriate standard
