Join our client's dynamic team as a Property Administrator - to provide support to their new business team.
DutiesProviding full support to our clients Property New Business Team to ensure smooth operations.Preparing correspondence using our clients case management system.
Communicating with clients both over the phone and in person.
Administering filing systems, including daily filing and managing client files.
Building and maintaining relationships with new business introducers.
Guiding clients through the initial stages of their property transactions.
Handling mail and preparing dispatches.
Organising scanning and photocopying tasks.
Undertaking any other duties as required.
The CandidateIdeally, some administration experience within residential conveyancing, although desired not essentialDemonstrated initiative, capable of conducting searches, ID checks, and other file work independently.
High levels of speed and accuracy in your work.Excellent telephone manner and comfort with client interactions.
Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Strong team player with excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude.
Highly organised, methodical, and adaptable approach to tasks.
