    Customer Service Advisor (Rent Income Support) needed in West London.
    52ph PAYE
    This is a temporary role
    They will be assisting with rent arrears collection, as well as providing rent account information to residents.

    They will work on all communication channels, telephone (both inbound and outbound), web, email, face to face, SMS and written correspondence, and will communicate with residents empathically and supportively across all these mediums.
