- Develop training programs to enhance product knowledge within the company, covering areas such as pile walls and other ground improvement techniques.
- Provide technical support to customers, engineers, and service stations.
- Offer guidance and recommendations to sales personnel and customers regarding suitable foundation methods based on job site conditions and requirements.
- Advise customers on the proper utilization of company foundation equipment and the application of contemporary foundation methods utilizing said equipment.
- Furnish technical support to the business and address any technical inquiries related to this equipment category.
- To excel as an Application Engineer, the ideal candidate should possess:
- GCSEs with grades A to C (9 to 4 equivalent) in Maths and English.
- Background in geotechnical, civil, or plant engineering, or equivalent education and experience in deep foundation techniques, operation, and job layouts.
- Previous field experience as a Service Engineer.
- Knowledge of deep foundations and requisite equipment.
- Valid, unrestricted driver's license.
