- Prioritisation and booking of Designers and Copywriters across all live briefs, looking at campaign requirements from end to end and forward planning workload to the hour.
- Working to a currency model of retained hours per brand, assist in tracking retained, and billable hours spent, support preparation of utilisation data for liaison with Account Management team, flagging potential overages or resource gaps.
- Build an understanding of the talent skills matrix across the creative team.
- Support the preparation of data for forward planning meetings with Account Management and Creative Leads to ensure efficient assignment of all projects, reviewing and presenting a slate of incoming work.
- Work with the Resource Manager to ensure that all talent is utilised, taking care to identify any potential resource gaps.
- Work with the production team to effectively plan and forecast future resource requirements.
- Maintain positive relationships with the creative, production and account management team and outward-facing stakeholders.
- Manage any other business / creative requirements as needed.
- Able to balance workload across internal creative teams.
- Experienced with data, being able to track and display a forecast for resource hours and effective studio diary management.
- Excellent communication and negotiator.
- Relevant experience in a resource/studio role within a creative or marketing organisation.
- Experience with using a project resourcing system or workflow tool.
- Experience within a creative studio or agency.
- Knowledge of agency and creative processes particularly in areas such as design, conceptual advertising, print and digital.
- Experience with campaign resource requirements, understanding briefs and the time required for each stage of work and the dependencies involved.
- Experienced in resource planning, allocation, and assigning staff.
- Experience with managing challenging situations in a diplomatic manner.

We are an in-house creative agency responsible for bringing all communications and marketing briefs to life, through creating and producing innovative content that increases business performance across Entain brands. We deliver campaigns spanning multiple media touchpoints, including CRM, performance marketing, tv and social.
The Resource Executive is responsible for assigning team resources to campaigns. In the role you will support the Resource Manager in sourcing talent, resolve resource conflict across the team, taking a holistic view of all campaign staffing needs.
