    We are recruiting for a Partnership and Engagement Manager who will support the implementation of the partnership strategy.

    Working closely with our marketing and content teams, as well as executives and leaders across our Health Support and Care (HSC) division, you will play a lead role to ensure Access HSC is seen as a thought leader in the market.

    This role will be key in supporting the partnership strategy to create, maintain and own partnerships with external organisations who influence and work closely with the likes of the NHS, healthcare organisations and charities to build the Access HSC brand, reputation and credibility.

    This role is pivotal to supporting wider business objectives to create demand, build awareness and generate sales opportunities.

    Day-to-day, you will:

    • Manage and own the relationships between Access HSC and influential organisations and stakeholders across the healthcare sector
    • Be a leading example of the Access HSC tone of voice, brand and ethos
    • Position Access HSC as an innovative thought leader in the market with a passion for supporting customers
    • Providing internal reporting on owned partnerships
    • Supporting the Head of PR with wider PR tasks
    • Work closely with the HSC marketing team to ensure engagement activities are aligned to other marketing and digital activities
    • Working closely with internal stakeholders to identify new partnerships
    Engaging with senior level stakeholdersYour skills and experience might also include:

    • Proven 3rd party partnership management
    • Excellent people skills to positively interact and build relationships with colleagues, customers, cross-functional teams, and third parties
    • Resilient, motivated self-starter who is a team player
    • Able to manage multiple complex, and often competing tasks
    • A quick learner with the ability to manage multiple projects, hit deadlines and offer solutions in a fast-paced environment
