    Description

    BPD is looking for an experienced, highly motivated Assistant Video Editor to join our in-house Studio. This person will collaborate with our in-house editors and will play a vital role in the success of the impactful work for our clients. This role will serve as the backbone of the video editorial team and will require prior experience in a fast-paced video post-production environment.

    Required Skills & Experience

    Responsibilities:

    Embody what it means to be a BPDerrr (live our values, the BASICS)

    Provide editing support, such as: setting up projects, transcoding, assembling sequences, assistance with versioning, packaging final deliverables

    Oversee media management, including: file/server organization, logging footage, managing department video assets, hot/cold storage management

    Conduct quality control (QC) checks on final deliverables to ensure they meet company standards and client requirements.

    Package files and handle final delivery

    Requirements:

    Post-production experience in an ad agency, post-production house and/or production company

    Proficient in video editing software, including: Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve (a plus), Photoshop and the Adobe suite

    Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards while working under tight deadlines

    Solid technical aptitude and a process-oriented mindset

    Team player with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment

    Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work on multiple projects simultaneousl
