    Description

    We are working with a leading S2P SaaS provider dedicated to revolutionizing the way businesses manage their procurement and sourcing processes.

    Their innovative platform streamlines operations, enhances transparency, and fosters strategic supplier relationships, empowering organizations to achieve excellence in their procurement activities.

    As we continue to expand, we're looking for an ambitious, driven individual to join their team in a hybrid role that combines Account Management with New Business Development.

    As a key member of the sales team, you will play a dual role in both nurturing existing client relationships and identifying new business opportunities


    Account Management:
    Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring their success with our S2P solutions.

    Act as the primary point of contact for your accounts, facilitating all communications, resolving issues, and delivering exceptional customer service.


    New Business Development:
    Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including lead generation, networking, and cold calling


    Strategic Planning:


    Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies that drive growth and market penetration.


    Performance Monitoring:

    Regularly track and report on sales targets, customer satisfaction metrics, and overall account health to ensure alignment with business goals.

    Has a proven track record in sales, account management, or business development, preferably in the SaaS or technology sector.

    Possesses excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of building and maintaining strong relationships.
    Is highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
    ~3+ years of experience in sales, account management, or business development.
    ~ Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
