    Welcome to the dynamic world of sports betting As a Paid Media Executive, you'll be diving into the thrilling intersection of sports, betting, and marketing across a multitude of channels. Your role is pivotal in crafting and executing strategic campaigns that captivate audiences and drive engagement in this fast-paced industry.


    In this role, you'll harness your expertise in paid media to reach our target audience across diverse platforms including digital display, social media, search engines, and beyond. Your creative flair and analytical mindset will be put to the test as you optimize campaigns for maximum impact and ROI.

    YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

    Plan and execute campaigns across social media, display & other paid digital & offline channels
    ● Daily optimisation of paid campaigns to reach group KPIs and targets.
    ● Develop forecasts and strategies to optimise the competitive position and increase
    performance within Paid media.
    ● Collaborate with external agencies to plan, implement, and manage paid media campaigns effectively.
    ● Proactively identify and action on channel optimization and growth opportunities and deliver
    accelerated growth on the social channels at an efficient CAC (cost acquiring customer)
    ● Produce creative briefs for the creative & content team in order to produce good quality digital & offline media ads that are innovative and optimise performance.
    ● Design and execute an always-on testing process that establishes a test roadmap,
    hypotheses, and actionable insights that lead to campaign optimization and iteration
    ● Work closely with the marketing team to align paid media efforts with overall marketing objectives and messaging.
    ● Regular analysis and performance reporting to main stakeholders.

    OUR SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

    ● 2+ years of experience working in a similar role, ideally within the gaming industry
    ● Advanced knowledge of Facebook Business Manager
    ● Facebook Blueprint Certification or other relevant advertising platforms is a plus
    ● Experience with Twitter and SnapChat platforms is a plus
    ● Proven track record of optimising paid media campaigns to achieve KPIs such as CTR, CPC, and conversion rates
    ● Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-past environment
    ● You are highly proactive, well-organised and analytical
