As a Lead Crew, you will be expected to provide expertise in the provision of quality patient care, guiding and coaching crew in the delivery of safe clinical care.

Please see the job description for more detail (this can be viewed on our website or once you click apply)The ideal candidate for this role will need to hold a current St John Ambulance Emergency Transport Attendant/Emergency Medical Technician qualification and as well as IHCD D1 or D2 driving qualifications and have experience of non-emergency driving within a statutory service.
Equivalents to these qualifications may also be acceptable and a Patient Transport Attendant qualification may be considered depending on the specific needs of the service.

To enable this to happen, you will need to lead by example and have a proactive approach in implementing and adhering to all policies and procedures and ensuring that the crews do the same.
