    Description

    About the Role

    The Home Manager is responsible for overseeing both the care and commercial aspects of the Home to ensure profitability, following company policies, external regulations, and striving for exceptional personalized service for every resident and their families. This role involves managing staff, fostering positive relationships with stakeholders, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the Home which is crucial in the field of Social Care.

    All our Management roles offer a competitive salary package along with a bonus tied to KPI's, discussed in detail during the interview.

    We are seeking applicants who are eligible to work in the UK and reside within a feasible commuting distance from the job location.

    For Home Managers considering relocation, we provide a £2000 relocation package. (Terms and Conditions Apply)

    About You

    We are seeking a Home Manager with the following qualifications, skills, and experiences:

    • A qualified RGN/RMN with an active NMC pin number
    • Prior experience as a registered home manager in a Care Home setting is preferred but not mandatory.
    • Must possess a dedicated and well-organized approach.
    • Exceptional communication skills and proven ability to lead and motivate staff.
    • Strong grasp of Regulatory Compliance and a track record of delivering high-quality service.
