    Registered Manager Salary:
    £50,000 per annumHours: Full time 8.00 am – 4.00 pm or 9.00 am – 5.00 pmLocation: LeedsRegistered Manager is required for a well-established residential care home with an exemplary reputation for delivering high standards of care which is evident in their "Good" CQC ratings. We require an experienced CQC Registered Manager who comes from a successful background of achieving good CQC inspections and who can manage, support, and lead their team to maintain exceptional standards.


    Registered Manager Duties:
    To run the day-to-day operations of the residential care home to ensure it is running effectively.
    Ensure the service is safe and staffed with appropriate staffing levels.
    To maintain the highest standards of person-centred care

    Registered Manager Renumeration:
    Pay review after a successful probationary period.5.

    6 weeks holidays Free ParkingPension schemeApproachable and supportive senior management team Registered Manager Requirements:

    To have an NVQ level 5 in health and social care or equivalentTo already have been a CQC registered manager.

    To have experience in managing a residential care home for the elderly within dementia or mental health environmentThis is a great opportunity for an experienced Registered Manager who wants to inherit an amazing care team that truly goes above and beyond for their elderly residents.
