    Hours of work: 40 hours per week

    Location:
    Enfield, London and travel around sites in Southeast

    Project Partners are now on the look out for an experienced Estimator to come and join a lovely team in Enfield, London.

    Are you looking for career progression?

    The Senior Estimator plays a crucial role in the pre-construction phase, ensuring accurate and competitive project cost estimates in line with relevant company policies and processes.

    This role is essential in supporting the company's growth by securing profitable projects through comprehensive and well-informed bidding processes.

    Be able to carry out take-offs from drawings / BIM CAD models.
    Understand contract requirements, specifications, obligations, roles and responsibilities.

    Communicate any issues within individual tenders or groups of bids that will present operational challenges or expose the company to increased risk.

    Ensure tenders make sufficient allowance for health and safety issues.
    Ensure tenders reflect realistic programmes for the delivery of the project.
    Proven track record of successful bidding and securing projects.
    Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
    Familiarity with Building Information Modelling (BIM) software.
