- Placing orders, raising purchase orders
- Dealing and negotiating with suppliers
- Handling stock transfers between branches
- Assisting with Stock take and Stock control
- Internal mail run, answering the phones, filing, photocopying, faxing.
- Forecasting product requirement, movement of stock between factories
- Preparing documents for accounts department
- Preparing export and import declarations
- Handling utility contracts for all branches
- Running various reports
- 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday; 08.30 – 17.30.
- Proven ability of multi-tasking and the ability to work under pressure.
- Right to work in the UK without sponsorship
- GCSE or equivalent Grade C or above in English and Maths
