    Temp to Perm Purchase Ledger Clerk - London, United Kingdom - Association of International Certified Professional Accountants

    Description
    We have a newly created role in a growing consulting and resource solutions business, offering part-time and hybrid working.

    Location:
    City of London (with remote work options)
    Chief Financial Officer (CFO)


    Sales Ledger Management:
    Handle sales ledger tasks, with credit control support available from another team member.
    Maintain accounts by verifying and posting transactions.
    Perform bank reconciliations for UK, US, Euro, and Polish accounts.
    Potentially manage internal payroll.
    Liaise with clients, suppliers, and banking contacts.
    Strong bookkeeping skills with previous experience in a similar role (minimum part-qualified or QBE).
    Confidence in transitioning to online accounting software (e.g, SAP or Xero).
    Intermediate knowledge of Excel or other spreadsheets.
    Effective communication and relationship-building abilities.
    Computer literacy, including experience with international transactions and payroll processing (desirable).
