- Identify new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and networking efforts.
- Offer expert advice and recommendations on profiling solutions best suited to clients' needs.
- Liaise closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and advancements in profiling technology.
- Meet and exceed sales targets to contribute to the overall success of the company.
- Proven sales experience within the steel industry, specifically in plasma, laser, and gas profiling services.
- Ability to read technical drawings and understanding of CAD.
- In-depth technical understanding of profiling processes and equipment.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required.
