Contract: Hybrid - 2 days per week in London
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 depending on experience plus £6.5k - £12k OTE
Position Overview
Our Account Executives in our bootcamps team, drive client relationships, activity, and fee generation via bootcamps and recruitment starts.
Supported by our client development, marketing and resourcing functions, you will manage the start to end recruitment process, creating new business opportunities, managing existing client relationships, and generating high quality candidates.
Some of your tasks will include intelligent marketing, face to face meetingsand business development telephone calling. You will always promote the company's range of products and services ensuring you find the right answers and creating sustainable business opportunities for our clients – not selling a solution that doesn't fit.
Role Responsibilities:
To achieve set activity & billing targets while also delivering on agreed objectives
To generate success from sales calls
To generate high quality candidates
Managing client relationships to the highest standard
To effectively cross-sell all aspects of the company
To be a brand champion for the company
To evaluate and manage performance levels in line with company expectations
To ensure all processes and compliance procedures are followed
Maintaining all relevant management information on our CRM – quality data makes us successful
Candidate Requirements
