Car Industry Fast Moving Sales Administrator - required for a fantastic dealer team who sell every make and model of carAs a Sales Administrator, your role is key as you work to support the Sales Team to achieve an Incredible Customer Experience.

A Sales Administrator prepares all relevant documentation for an efficient handover of the vehicle to the customer. A Sales Administrator is able to thrive under pressure, have a professional manner and be a team player.

Previous Automotive Experience is RequiredRole RequirementsTo be a success in this role, you will have:

Incredible customer service skillsSelf-motivation and highly organisedGood communication skills, verbal and writtenPrevious experience in a sales admin roleComputer literacyAble to work under pressureYour ResponsibilitiesYou will document all sales, ordering and processing of vehicle salesInvoicing vehicles to end-users and internally between dealershipsDeal effectively with customers and subcontractors requestsEnsuring that all information required to tax vehicles is received in time to allow for scheduled handoverAssisting the sales team in processing a vehicle through the whole sales processLiaising with the brand regarding vehicle specification and ordering stockEnsuring that all Government procedures with regards to vehicle taxing are adhered to.

Days 5 days a week including Weekends so you need to be able to work every Saturday and Sunday You will get two days off during the week, as this is the company's busy periods.
