    Description
    A position for a dynamic and proactive Marketing Assistant to join a small, but growing agency.

    The Marketing Assistant will support a variety of clients in different sectors including Logistics, Hospitality, Sustainability, Legal, Financial, Utilities and Insurance.

    The ideal candidate will be creative, have strong initiative, detail-oriented, and possess strong written communication skills.

    Part-time or Full-time will be considered for the right candidate.


    Marketing Assistant Key Responsibilities:

    • Assist in the idea generation, development and implementation of marketing and PR campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and print.
    • Support the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, posters, and digital content.
    • Coordinate external contractors to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials and assets.
    • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitor activities,and customer preferences.
    • Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, using analytics tools to track key metrics.
    • Assist in managing social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement with followers.
    • Provide administrative support including scheduling meetings, maintaining databases, and managing correspondence.

    Marketing Assistant Qualifications:

    • Previous experience in a marketing role or internship is preferred, or a marketing qualification.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with marketing tools and software (e.g., Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content.
    • Salary between £20-£30k (FTE) depending on experience.
    • Full-time or part-time considered for the right candidate.
