    We are seekinga talented Performance Marketing Executive to join our team. Thisposition requires handson knowledge of paid search advertisingcampaign planning and optimisation. You will be responsible formanaging the day to day optimisation of one or more of our paidsearch accounts including full campaign setup bidding and budgetmanagement.

    Responsibilities:

    • Supportthe Performance Marketing Manager across all relevant paid searchchannels andplatforms
    • Workclosely with the Travel Success team to align demand and partnercapacity on a regularbasis
    • Optimisecampaign budget allocation based on volume ROAS and other datasignals
    • Ensuregranular control over traffic allocation through SQR review keywordexpansion negative keywordsetc.
    • Create newcampaigns incl. Keyword research bidding tailored ad copy andoptimisation
    • Implementnew tests (landing pages ad copy bidding audiencesetc.)
    • Produceessential reports: consolidate data identify drivers recommendactions
    • Monitorbrand health and analyse competitivelandscape

    Requirements

    • Atleast 1 year of hands on Paid Search experience across GoogleAds/SA360 andBing
    • Thoroughknowledge of search engine products settings optimisationopportunities and platformfeatures
    • Proficientin analysing data and providing actionableinsights
    • Workingknowledge of analytics platforms and tools like Google AnalyticsExcel and GoogleSheets.
    • Hands onnumbers and resultsdriven.
    • Provenproblemsolving skills and ability to think outside of the box forcreativesolutions.
    • Strongwritten and verbal communicationskills
    • Experienceworking with other Google performance channels and platforms (GDNYoutube) is beneficial but notrequired
    • Germanlanguage skills are beneficial but notessential
    • Agencyexperience is aplus
