    Heb jij al een paar jaar werkervaring binnen HR en ben je klaar om de volgende stap te maken? Herken jij aanstormend talent als geen ander en bouw je graag mee aan een positieve werksfeer? Dan is dit jouw kans om je people skills als (Junior) HR Generalist bij NewPort in te zetten
    Je komt terecht in het HR team van twee HR Specialisten, rapporteert aan de HR Business Partner en je speelt een cruciale rol in HR-advies en recruitment binnen de EMEA regio. Dat betekent dat jij de go-to bent voor leidinggevenden die advies willen. Daarnaast gaat de (Junior) HR Generalist over het vinden, aantrekken en selecteren van topkandidaten die passen bij onze organisatie. Dat doe je voor de kantoren in verschillende landen: Nederland, Frankrijk, UK, Duitsland én Dubai. Jouw kans 'to go international' dus
    We zijn als NewPort Tank Containers gespecialiseerd in het internationale vervoer van chemische vloeistoffen, levensmiddelen en gas in tankcontainers. We zijn wereldwijd vertegenwoordigd met eigen kantoren en een groot agenten netwerk.
    Taken en verantwoordelijkheden
    Algemeen HR support
    Adviseren en coaching van leidinggevenden.
    HR correspondentie.
    Werving en selectie:
    Schrijven, plaatsen en beheren van vacatures.
    Voeren van sollicitatiegespreken en selecteren van de juiste kandidaten.
    Actief sourcen van potentiële kandidaten via LinkedIn.
    Contacten onderhouden met externe partners zoals recruitment agencies, scholen en brancheorganisaties.
    Onboardingsgesprekken en je eigen ideeën implementeren voor een nóg betere onboarding.
    Feedback van (nieuwe) medewerkers ophalen en begeleiding bieden waar nodig om hun betrokkenheid en tevredenheid te vergroten.
    Identificeren van trainings- en ontwikkelingsbehoeften binnen de organisatie.
    Samen met de Continuous Improvement Managers coördineren en faciliteren van trainingsprogramma's en
    -initiatieven om de competenties en kennis van medewerkers te verbeteren.
    Begeleiding van het verzuimproces en het coördineren van re-integratietrajecten.
    Deelnemen aan en leiden van HR projecten, bijvoorbeeld: selecteren en implementeren van een nieuw ATS (Applicant Tracking System), ontwerpen en uitzetten van een Employee Satisfaction Survey, functieprofielen updaten, etc.
    Salaris in de range van €2.800 tot €4.000 (o.b.v. ervaring), reiskostenvergoeding, pensioenregeling waarvan 2/3 door ons wordt betaald, 24 vakantiedagen & 3,5 ADV dagen.

    Wat zoeken we in jou?
    Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring als HR medewerker of je hebt een hbo studie met meewerkstages afgerond.
    Je kent het reilen en zeilen van een HR afdeling en weet hoe de basisprocessen verlopen.
    Je hebt kennis van de Nederlandse arbeidswetgeving.
    Je bent beschikbaar voor 24 tot 32 uur per week.
    Hbo werk- en denkniveau.
    Een teamplayer die ownership en initiatief laat zien.
    Resultaatgerichte houding waarbij je de mens in de business en de business in de mens ziet.
    Ons kantoor bevindt zich in Moerdijk – niet gemakkelijk bereikbaar met het ov. Daarom is het van belang dat je over een eigen vervoermiddel beschikt.
