    Hours - 10am - 2pm Monday - Friday (20 Hours per Week)
    Location - Halifax
    Permanent

    To be successful in this position, you must possess proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word and Excel, with excellent organisational and time management skills, allowing you to work effectively under deadlines.

    Excellent communication skills (listening, telephone, email, and report writing) are a must, as well as experience in a customer service environment, including managing both internal and external customers.

    Assertiveness, teamwork, and the ability to manage working relationships at all levels are crucial qualities we seek.
    Maintaining office filing systems (electronic and physical)
    Performing data entry and updating records as required
    Answering and directing phone calls in a polite and professional manner
    Good knowledge of Excel spreadsheets & Word processing
    Please note this is a permanent part-time vacancy.
