    Technical Support Engineer | 40-50K | Hybrid | Cambridge
    Our client is a leading provider of innovative solutions within the inkjet industry. Their cutting-edge technology and commitment to excellence have positioned us as a key player in the market. They specialize in delivering high-quality printing solutions to our diverse clientele worldwide.

    Position Overview:
    We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Technical Support Engineer to join a dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about inkjet technology and possess a strong technical background.

    This role offers the opportunity to work closely with clients, providing technical assistance and ensuring the seamless operation of products.


    Key Responsibilities:
    Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or in-person meetings.
    Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues related to inkjet printing systems.
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex technical challenges.
    Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for customers as needed.
    Assist in the development of technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
    Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance product knowledge

    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
    Proven experience in technical support or a similar role within the inkjet industry.
    Strong knowledge of inkjet printing technology and associated components.
    Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think analytically.
    Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
    Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
    Willingness to travel occasionally for customer support and training purposes
