    What your role is

    We are seeking a high-performing and self-motivated individual to join the EUAU Sourcing team as a Sourcing Projects & HMM Lead (HMM stands for Holistic Margin Management, referring to company EBIT improvement). The purpose of this role is to advance Sourcing Projects initiative for Direct & Indirect spends as well as HMM pipeline across our region. This role generates value through Sourcing and business partnership, developing new processes and approaches, driving connectivity across SC HMM teams and providing leadership in unlocking new Sourcing HMM levers. This role will also develop and standardize HMM communication.

    The role will contribute to

  • Strengthening sourcing communication with sales, SRM teams and broader stakeholder community. Sharing external market insights and spreading sourcing expertise where relevant in the organization.
  • Advancing HMM capabilities of the Sourcing team and partner closely with sourcing category leads to advance Sourcing HMM pipeline sufficiency for EUAU. This high-visibility role offers the opportunity to work across many functions and teams. This role is strategic in nature and is a critical enabler of "business first" culture. As this new role develops, there will be opportunity for further role expansion and leadership.

    • This position reports to the Direct, Raw Material Team and will collaborate across the EUAU Sourcing Team, EUAU Brand team, ITQ (Innovation, Technical & Quality) and Supply Chain.

    Responsibilities

    Act as a Sourcing Project Manager

  • Support communication framework on external market intelligence (macro economical trends, commodities, pack & energy) to our sales and pricing communities
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend changes to streamline procurement operations.
  • Support Direct & ESC & Indirect teams in various projects (Sourcing, Should cost modeling, process, value creation, etc.).

    • Act as key partner to each EUAU sourcing platform teams to align Brand/Platforms & Sourcing needs

  • Partner with each HMM lead to develop long term ideation plan and cross-functional HMM strategy for each Brand/Platforms.
  • Partner with EUAU sourcing teams in the development of multiyear HMM category pipelines and translation to Brand/Platforms impact
  • Support HMM initiative prioritization activity with Brand/Platforms HMM leads
  • Represent EUAU Brand/Platforms perspectives and needs to EUAU Sourcing.
  • Represent EUAU sourcing needs back to Brand/Platforms HMM Leads
  • Partner with EUAU sourcing team on 'close the gap' exercises when tracking behind monthly milestones.
  • Support EUAU Sourcing HMM recoveries to support goal achievement and deliver against business targets.

    • Act as a sourcing HMM program manager to ensure timely execution of each HMM category pipeline

  • Partner with EUAU sourcing teams to track status of each HMM initiative and map out risk and opportunity.
  • Ensure adherence to HMM initiative management standards across EUAU sourcing teams
  • Develop sourcing HMM initiative portfolio reporting dashboard to provide visibility on ongoing activities.

    • Drive connectivity with HMM teams

  • Support Sourcing connection with Supply Chain HMM teams and other teams involved in HMM development
  • Develop content to be used in ongoing LT HMM meetings and Sourcing HMM meetings – specific content needs will evolve throughout the year.
  • Curate and develop content and messaging for monthly communication forums with Brand/Platforms leadership teams
  • Opportunity for further role expansion and leadership of differential HMM capabilities

    • What you will bring to the team

    Required Skills/Experience

  • BA/BS degree
  • 2/3 years in Sourcing or Sourcing Consulting with clear understanding of Sourcing principles including Total Value and Brand/Platforms connectivity.
  • Strong active listening skills and ability to build trust quickly across functions
  • Business communication skills and demonstrated ability to effectively communicate across multiple levels of the organization, including functional
  • Demonstrates ability to quickly and effectively respond to change
  • Demonstrate high learning agility and cultural agility in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to align processes across organizational boundaries and the total value stream
