    Ferrero, a leading global confectionery brand, is on the lookout for a talented and driven National Account Executive to join our dynamic team.

    As a National Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and expanding our brand's presence nationwide.

    Your main focus will be building strong relationships with retail accounts to ensure maximum visibility and market penetration for our iconic products.

    As a National Account Executive at Ferrero, your foremost duty will be to drive profitable sales growth, collaborating closely with the Controller and National Account Manager to craft a compelling strategy that outperforms the market and sets Ferrero apart from its competitors.

    By leveraging your sales expertise and market insight, you will identify opportunities for growth and develop innovative approaches to captivate the hearts of consumers.

    However, your impact extends far beyond the sales realm. Building and strengthening relationships with all areas of our internal customers will be a crucial aspect of your role. You will be the bridge that connects various departments, including Customer Development, Finance, Field Sales, and other key stakeholders. Data-driven decision-making will be a core component of your responsibilities.

    Diligently monitoring and reporting on both Ferrero and customer KPIs, you will uncover valuable insight that illuminates the path forward.

    Armed with knowledge, you will not only contribute to our continued success but also provide invaluable recommendations to further enhance our performance.

    You will work closely with the Chanel Account Team, utilizing your exceptional management and analytical skills to drive sales performance.

    Together, you will forge stronger partnerships that ensure our brands' growth and elevate the entire organization to new heights.
    Active participation in sales team meetings and projects will be encouraged and valued.

    Your interpersonal skills will come into play as you engage in conversations with customers and buyers, striving not only to meet but exceed key commercial plans, leaving a lasting positive impression.

    Attention to detail and a sense of urgency are paramount as you perform account-specific administrative tasks.

    Your dedication to excellence will contribute to the seamless operation of our sales process, ensuring that every aspect of our operations is executed with precision and care.

    As a National Account Executive, you will have a genuine passion for sales and a proven track record at the Account Executive level within the FMCG industry.

    Adept at analysing commercial and category data, you will identify opportunities and trends for both Ferrero and our valued customers.

    Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is essential for success.

    A demonstrable consumer-focused attitude and autonomy in managing relationships will help you in building your position among stakeholders and achieving expected sales outcomes.
