    Do you enjoy taking pride in what you do? Where quality is a higher priority than cost?

    An opportunity has come up with a contractor who operate in the Super Prime Residential sector for an Estimator to join the team.

    You will be working within a business that was set up by 2 Directors who wanted to create an environment where its employee's can achieve genuine pride and job satisfaction from the work you do.

    You'll be working amongst like-minded people who understand what it means to be responsible for creating someone's dream home.


    We aren't talking about copy and pasting 100 flats in a high rise building in an up-and-coming postcode of London so the developer can over-charge because there is an independent coffee shop down the road.

    This business is working in the truly exclusive areas of London, helping to create unique residences that its private clients are going to call home.

    It's not a race to the bottom on who can do it for the cheapest, but its about who is going to deliver the quality that is expected, reliably and professionally.


    Ideally we are looking for someone who has worked in this sector of the construction market already, so that you have an understanding and connections with the supply chain that operate in this space.

    Individual project values range from £3 - £12m+.

    Offices based in Central London.

    Salary range £50,000 - £75,000 + Package (Depending on previous experience)
