    Description

    I am collaborating with a market-leading boutique Digital Healthcare Consultancy, actively searching for a Director-level Managing Consultant with expertise in Adult Social Care. (One below Partner.) This firm has been recognised for its commitment to employee well-being, alongside its exceptional work.

    Are you interested in joining a collaborative and passionate team that closely collaborates with NHS Digital and NHS X, while also operating at the hospital and trust level?

    Do you possess prior experience in Adult Social Care within a consultancy setting?

    Your Essential Experience:

    • 5+ years of experience within Digital Healthcare consulting at a management consultancy
    • Proficiency in Adult Social Care
    • Ability to mentor and develop colleagues
    • Business development/Commercial skills
    • Understanding of ICS (Integrated Care System) + ASC

    Your role will encompass four key responsibilities:

    1. Managing Healthcare Projects and overseeing their implementation
    2. Leading and managing a team
    3. Business development
    4. Stakeholder management – establishing and nurturing client relationships

    Salary & Benefits:

    • Base salary range of £90,000-£110,000
    • Bonus and commission structure
    • 25 days of holiday entitlement
    • Flexibility to buy or sell holidays

    • Hybrid working model allowing remote work unless client presence is requested
