    Description

    Are you keen to lead a pivotal program that ensures business continuity and disaster recovery on a global scale? We are looking for a dynamic professional to spearhead our IT Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery initiatives.     Your Mission:

    • Lead the global IT Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery program.
    • Elevate risk identification, process effectiveness, and continuous improvement.
    • Manage and enhance IT business continuity plans, ensuring readiness for any catastrophic service failures.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Design, implement, and communicate robust IT business continuity and disaster recovery plans.
    • Maintain and test procedures, ensuring compliance with recognized standards like ISO22301.
    • Serve as the IT subject matter expert for client interactions, audits, and internal reviews.
    • Develop annual testing schedules, conduct recovery tests, and tabletop exercises.
    • Collaborate with senior management and vendors to set recovery standards and agreements.

    What We're Looking For:

    • Extensive experience in a BCDR role and certifications like CBCP, BCI, or DRII.
    • Proven track record in IT risk assessment and business analysis.
