    BUSINESS CONTINUITY MANAGER

    Contract Type: 12 Month FTC

    Location: London

    Hours of Work: 40

    Hybrid: 3 Days per Week in the Office

    We are looking for a dynamic and driven Business Continuity Manager to join our esteemed team in London. As a vital part of the BCM team, you will report to the respected London BC Manager and collaborate closely with the CFO. Your role will be crucial in ensuring the security of our operations and guiding our business towards success.

    Job Description

    In this position, your main responsibility will be to oversee BCM planning by utilizing Fusion Software to develop strong and innovative strategies. Your efforts will fuel the growth and development of our BCM program, providing valuable insights and driving its evolution. You will be instrumental in testing our Business Continuity programs to ensure their efficiency and identifying areas for improvement to enhance our resilience.

    With your expert knowledge of regional BC regulations, you will keep abreast of industry standards and seamlessly integrate them into our operations. You will lead the assessment and update of our Business Impact Analysis (BIA) across various regions, determining recovery requirements and evaluating business impacts during disruptions. Additionally, you will enhance our Business Continuity Plans by incorporating changes in business operations and recovery needs, always ensuring our platforms are well-prepared.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Take charge of BCM planning, using Fusion Software to develop robust strategies that ensure business continuity and resilience
    • Drive the growth and maturity of the BCM program by offering valuable insights and staying updated on industry best practices
    • Lead the testing of Business Continuity programs, evaluating their effectiveness, and identifying process enhancements to boost resilience
    • Stay informed about regional BC regulation requirements and seamlessly integrate them into our operations
    • Oversee the review and update of the Business Impact Analysis (BIA) across multiple regions to maintain optimal response capabilities
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to adapt Business Continuity Plans to reflect evolving business needs accurately
    • Promote a culture of readiness by providing training and support to employees, encouraging a resilient approach to business continuity

    Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

    • Proven experience in Business Continuity Management, with success in implementing BCM strategies in complex organizations
    • In-depth knowledge of BCM planning methodologies, tools, and frameworks, with a focus on leveraging technology solutions like Fusion Software
    • Understanding of regional BC regulations and industry best practices, ensuring compliance and adjusting strategies accordingly
    • Ability to conduct Business Impact Analysis (BIA) and develop recovery requirements to mitigate disruptions
    • Demonstrated leadership in testing Business Continuity Plans, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing enhancements
    • Strong problem-solving skills to effectively manage risks and enhance resilience in dynamic environments
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities to collaborate with teams and drive a culture of business continuity
